Lynda Park, CEO,knows
the industry well - her family was involved in the management of Skilled
Nursing Facilities. She grew up
understanding the needs of the long term care industry. Lynda Park was a Social Worker in several acute hospitals and Skilled
Nursing Facilities before becoming an administrator
for two large Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly.
Lynda Park's desire to bring quality education into the field for health
care professionals is what started her on the journey of developing
Consultants Extraordinaire 18 years ago. Consultants
Extraordinaire's classes are kept affordable for all. Group pricing is
available for large classes from one licensee.
The
Initial Classes, Adult Residential Facility and Residential Care Facility
for Elderly, are both taught using the most updated Title 22 and General
Regulations available. Also, all the students are given sample
tests to prepare them for the State certification test. Continuing
education hours are also available for nurses. Consultants Extraordinaire
has a provider number for the Board of Registered Nurses (BRN Provider
Number CEP 11010). The continuing education classes have updates of
the regulations as well as classes requested by students who want to be
the best they can be at their job.
Lynda Park has several
instructors who bring varied talents to the education for health care
professionals. Oran
Reznik, with experience as an administrator for
ARF residents, is the instructor for the ARF Initial Certification
primarily in the Inland Empire.
Keeping
updated on the newest trends and regulations is what the instructors will
bring to you when you attend one of our courses. Join Lynda
Park and staff, in the journey of quality education in the health
care field. Cathy Allen, a Recreational Therapist, assists in teaching various classes, with dementia and activities as her specialty.
Lynda offers at each 40 hour Initial class a
manual with the current Title 22 regulations, as well as the updated forms
needed for the day to day needs of operating a facility. The
instructors are professionals with years of experience providing services
to the community as administrators or trainers of Evaluators. We make our classes interesting and fun. You will also
have a Continental breakfast served at each location.
