Lynda
Park, CEO, knows the industry well - her family was involved in
the long term care industry - she grew up understanding the needs of the
long term care industry.
Lynda Park
was a Social Worker in
several acute hospitals and Skilled Nursing Facilities before becoming
an administrator for two large Residential Care Facility for
the Elderly.
Lynda Park's
desire to bring quality
education into the field for health care professionals is what started
her on the journey of developing Consultants Extraordinaire 13 years
ago. Consultants Extraordinaire classes are kept affordable for all
and group pricing is available if requested.
The Initial Classes, Adult
Residential Facility
and Residential Care Facility for Elderly, are both taught using the most updated Title 22 and General
Regulations available. Also, all the students are given sample
tests to prepare them for the State certification test. Continuing
education hours are also available for nurses. Consultants
Extraordinaire has a provider number for the Board of Registered Nurses
(BRN Provider Number CEP 11010). The continuing education classes
have updates of the regulations as well as classes requested by students
who want to be the best they can be at their job.
Lynda Park
has several instructors who bring varied talents to the education
for health care professionals.
Cathy
Allen, CTRS is a recreational
therapist who has developed part of the Activity Leadership
program. While this class can be used for continuing education
needs, it is primarily designed for meeting the Activity needs of
residents of assisted living facilities.
Oran Reznik, with
experience both as an administrator and licensee for ARF residents, is the instructor for
the ARF Initial Certification.
Colette Lee,
a former LPA, assists
licensees with the application process for ARF and RCFE facilities. She

to our team is
George Barber, an administrator for 8 years and
Carl Miller,
former instructor of the LPA's at the Department of Social Services in
Sacramento. Carl
will be instructing the ARF and RCFE Initial and Continuing
Education in Northern California as well as assisting with the
application process. He can be reached at 916-613-5838. George Barber
will be instructing Initial RCFE and Continuing Education
classes in Riverside and San Bernardino. Our team is prepared to provide you with the best
instructing and consulting services.

Lynda
offers at each 40 hour class, Initial or
Re-Certification, a manual with the current Title 22 regulations, as
well as the updated forms needed for the day to day needs of operating a
facility. The instructors are professionals with years of
experience providing services to the community as administrators or trainers of Evaluators.
Colette Lee also has many years of experience as a Licensed Program
Analyst. We make our classes
interesting and fun. You will also have a Continental breakfast
served at each location.
