We us the information you give us to document and verify your
successful completion of our educational courses. When you take our
courses that are used for obtaining initial professional licensing,
certification or registration, or for required continuing education, we
will provide the required documentation or verification of your
completion of the class or course to the appropriate licensing
board.
We may also use the information you
give use to occasionally notify you of our schedule of courses and new
courses that we may offer.
Other than the professional licensing
boards, we do not share the information we collect to any other entity.
Your choices in submitting personal
information
For your convenience we have provided online registration and
payment options. The online registration information is sent to us by
email. We use ProfessionalCharges.com to process all of our online
payments by debit or credit cards. We do not send the payment
information to ProfessionalCharges.com, the person submitting the
payment, submits the information directly to the secure payment
processing system of ProfessionalCharges.com via a separate widow that
opens.
If you do not want to use our online
registration or payment options, we have provided a Fax and mail-in
registration and payment form for you to print, complete offline, and
send by either Fax or US Postal Mail.
Updating your personal information
If you want to provide us with new information, please contact us
and we will make the appropriate changes.
